The multi-fruit extraction line for stone fruits such as mango, or fruits with seeds such as guava and passion fruit, can produce wholemeal pulp, natural juices or concentrates while preserving the qualities and aroma of the raw material used.

The fruits are pre-treated by washing, brushing, sorting, and blanching. Subsequently, the combined action of the Extractor with Beaters ARTEMIDE, the Preheater EBE and the Turbo Refiner HERA guarantee the complete separation of skins, stones, and residual seeds, producing a top-quality juice with very high yield and without incorporating oxygen.

The juice can subsequently be transformed into concentrate thanks to the Evaporator ZEUS, the final part of the extraction line includes a product sterilization and filling plant in an aseptic environment.

Thanks to its great versatility, the line can be used in every season of the year, reducing production stops which generate high costs for the processing industries.

The products obtained with the TFM Lines meet all the requirements of the international production standards and they can be exported to the main world markets.
