The turbo extractor TFTE is a universal fruit pulp refining machine ideal for separating skin fragments, seeds and other unwanted parts. Inside the machine, the preheated pulp obtained from fruit peeling is filtered by a cylindrical sieve with fine meshes (from 0.5 to 1.5mm) thanks to the action of a rotor with metal beaters that are adjustable for distance and inclination: the juice is thus separated from the fibers and impurities to be sent to the next processing steps, while the residues are automatically expelled. On the metal beaters it is possible to install special brushes for processing fruit with seeds such as maracuja or dragon fruit. In the case of fruit that requires an inert atmosphere it is possible to add nitrogen through the inlet pipes along the main body of the extractor. This specific small size model allows the processing of up to 3 Tons of pulp for each hour of work.
