The Atena TFPA automatic peeler is a special machine for peeling and extracting the pulp of medium-large-sized hard-skinned fruits such as pineapples, citrus, papaya, melon and all hard skin fruits. Inside the machine, the fruits are cut and peeled by a group of blades specially designed to allow the complete extraction of the pulp, the thickness of the cut peel can be preset and remains independent of the size of the fruit. The pulp obtained is filtered and conveyed to the base of the machine, where a single-screw volumetric pump sends it to the next processing steps, while the skins are automatically expelled. This specific medium size model allows the processing of up to 8 tons of fruit per hour of work with excellent yield and quality. The peeler is equipped with an automatic washing system, with devices for controlling the quantity of pulp produced and is designed to facilitate adjustment and maintenance operations.
