Specific plant for the production of ketchup and sauces. It is composed of a double spherical bottom where the product is under-vacuum concentrated until the desired Brix degree.
The product is mixed in continuous so that to have a good homogeneity and a fast evaporation. Evaporating capacity : 150 ÷ 700 kg/h of evaporated water
