CONCENTRATORS FOR JUICE AT LOW VISCOSITY

Specific plant for the concentration of products at low viscosity. Its main characteristics are a high evaporating capacity in multiple effect, a low steam consumption and low permanence time. The evaporation is done by falling into heat exchangers at descendant tube nest. The steam consumption is reduced by thermodynamic thermo-compressors. Evaporating capacity : 1,000 ÷ 60,000 kg/h of evaporated water
